The belt really helps set that dress off. The scarf, the big bag, and the hair accessory (looks like feathers) are all nice as well. She has made great use of accessories. That dress might have looked boring without them.
This girl is sporting those Mickey Mouse-like sunglasses that Lady Gaga wore in her "Paparazzi" video.
